The VigiGerme® team proudly announces the appearance of ‘Ô les mains’ during the ongoing ESCMID congress.
Several scientists and clinicians, such as Prof Stephan Harbarth (Geneva), Dr Yves Longtin (Quebec) have integrated the trailer version of ‘Ô les mains’ dans leur upcoming talks. Others might as well. Watch out for them if you want to get a big screening of it and contribute to the discussion about ahead of the curve promotion of hand hygiene in healthcare.

We at VigiGerme® now started to prepare a big promotional event at the University of Geneva Hospitals for 5-5-10.
Why on the 5-5-10?
On 5 May 2010, WHO’s SAVE LIVES: Clean Your Hands initiative will celebrate its second global day with an extended call to action to health-care workers throughout the world.
Why 5-5-10?
The date is linked to the concept of ‘My five moments for hand hygiene’, a user-centred design approach to understand train, monitor and report hand hygiene (Sax H, Allergranzi B, Uçkay I, Larson L, Boyce J, Pittet D. ‘My five moments for hand hygiene’ JHI 2007;67:9-21)
You may now download the Full Version of ‘Ô les mains’ as .m4v file from our Video page. Enjoy!
