A great human insight

I found this on a door of a famous coffee shop chain. What a great insight in human nature. Question: Does your infection control program take this into account? Both ways I mean?

5-5-10 at HUG: People just loved it!!

Adil and the dancers of Les Rythmakers turned the 5-5-10 into a hand hygiene feast. First they visited the ward staff and people had lots of fun learning the basic steps of Ô les mains. Then there was a central dance event. See the video of this event on our Dance Video page yourself. In the end you might see our Director General who danced as well… Enjoy! And thanks to Franck and Bernard for the video (great job!).

If you have photos or video footage of your 5-5-10 event having people dance we would love to upload it for everyone to see. Just leave us a message at our Contact page.

Dance lessons with Adil

Last Wednesday 28 April, Adil of Les Rythmakers, gave dance lessons to a group of non-dancers to prepare the showdown at the University of Geneva Hospitals on the 5-5-10.

We will report on what happened after the event. The hospital Director General promised to appear and participate actively in the dancing event. He did not come to the training lessons, though. We are curious…

Adil promised to teach you too. Maybe not before the 5-5-10, but one day we might have a hand hygiene dance happening around the globe…
